Refund slab
- More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund of the amount paid online (Razorpay or bank gateway charges may be deducted).
- 6 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Within 6 hours or a no-show: the paid amount is non-refundable.
- ₹0 bookings: free cancellation until a driver is allotted. After allotment, a driver opportunity cost may apply — the desk will confirm.
Date or city changes
The fare for a new date on a one-way trip is taken from the admin date-wise rate. Round trip always uses the default vehicle fare. Changing a round trip to one way, or changing cities, depends on availability. The booking is updated only after the revised amount is confirmed.
Driver-side cancellation
If an allotted driver becomes unavailable at the last moment, operations will assign a new driver. If an alternate cab cannot be arranged, the amount paid is fully refunded.
